About Me

I graduated with a master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan's School of Information in April 2012. I received my Bachelor of Arts from New York University in 2004, where I studied creative writing, 20th century media, film, and philosophy at the Gallatin School for Individualized Study. In 2004, I cofounded CatPrint.com, an innovative short-run, web-based printing company.

My key interests within the broad field of HCI are ubiquitous computing, interaction design, user experience design, innovative control and input methods, and software design, especially for mobile platforms.

As you can see from the picture on the right, I've been delighted by computers since I was in diapers.

Current Status

I have accepted a full-time position with Google in their New York City office as a user experience designer starting in July 2012.
