I worked for Google in summer 2011 on GRM, their internal customer relationship management product. I completed four separate design projects, including a time-saving popup feature, a Chrome extension, a sales leaderboard, and personas.
A project for Ford Motor Company to design a future center console for next-generation vehicles, trying to accommodate the different tastes of drivers with varying levels of technological familiarity and acceptance.
A user-centered evaluation of the Quicken Loans Mobile website, including surveying, interviews, heuristic and comparative analyses, and interaction mapping.
An in-depth contextual inquiry project for the University of Michigan Hospital's Emergency Notification system, including data visualizations and recommendations for improvements to the system.
I am the co-founder of www.catprint.com, a successful web-based print company, where I performed all software design, marketing, and graphic design, among many other duties.
I created a prototype personal informatics iPhone app to track and see visualizations of activities and mood throughout the day.
I designed and performed a user-centered experiment to compare and differentiate four different voice search applications available on the Apple iOS platform.
